Shannon Savoy is a pastoral counselor, Christian counselor, narcissistic abuse recovery coach, trauma recovery advocate, spiritual advisor, best-selling author, speaker, prophetic minister, and transformational leader. She is the founder of Narc Free Living® and Chain Breaker University, where she equips individuals to break free from cycles of abuse, betrayal, trauma, and spiritual bondage. A retired U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer 4, Shannon has dedicated her life to helping others move from survival to wholeness through biblical truth, trauma-informed care, neuroscience, and practical life application.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management with an emphasis in Project Management and a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a concentration in Crisis Response and Trauma. She is a Board Certified Christian Counselor (BCCC), with specialized training in trauma response and crisis care. Her work integrates biblical counseling, trauma-informed care, psychology, neuroscience, and practical strategies to help individuals experience lasting healing and transformation. She is also the creator of SOULOLOGY®, a pioneering framework dedicated to understanding the soul, how it breaks, and how it heals.
